FAQ
All alumni that have not paid prior to the evening of the reunion will be charged at the door. Sorry, checks and debit/credit cards CAN NOT be accepted.
The cost will be $100.00 per person. Security will be on site during the entire event to prevent “party crashers”. Yes, we had to say it.
3 Drink vouchers will be provided with your reunion packet at the time of check in. 3 - one for water, one for alcohol, and one for a beverage of your choice. Beer on tap will be provided as well as simple mixed drinks all at additional cost. The cost for these are varied, and you must purchase drink tickets. Cash for drinks can not be accepted. TICKET USE ONLY.
One raffle ticket for items to be given away will be included in your reunion packet. Additional tickets will be available for purchase. One dollar each or 6 for 5 dollars. ALL proceeds from this will be used to donate a CLASS GIFT for Del Oro High School from the class of 1980.
Lanyards with each alumni’s name will also be provided with your reunion packet. PLEASE wear it at ALL times on both Saturday and Sunday if you are attending the Picnic at Hidden Valley Park.
Many items that will be on display at the reunion have been generously donated by several alumni. We thank each of them and ask that you will respect them and their property by NOT removing them from the reunion site. Again, YES, we had to say it.
Your reunion Survival Kit has many items.
Most importantly, a Class of 1980 REUNION survey.
PLEASE take the time to fill it out completely (and return it to the address provided) after you return home.
The survey will allow the reunion committee to improve on the next reunion. Ya, ya, THE NEXT ONE? Remember, we didn’t even think it was possible to be having THIS one! 30 years???
Parking is free during all events of the reunion.
